Requirements can change
We date presets and link official sources where available, but organisations may revise requirements without notice. Current official notices and portal instructions always take priority.
No acceptance guarantee
A file meeting visible KB, pixel and format checks may still be rejected because of face positioning, lighting, content, server re-encoding or unpublished rules. Use of the tools does not guarantee upload success, eligibility, selection or any official outcome.
Review your output
Keep the original and inspect every processed download before submitting it. You are responsible for confirming that it belongs to the correct person, remains legible and complies with the destination’s instructions.
