These terms govern your use of the DimagKaDahi website and image tools. By using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
DimagKaDahi provides browser-based tools, informational guides and convenience presets for preparing images for online forms. Core tools are currently offered without charge or an account. Features may be added, changed or discontinued as the service develops.
2. Permission to use the service
We grant you limited, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable permission to use the service for lawful personal or business purposes under these terms. You may not sell access, copy substantial parts, bypass security controls or use automated traffic that harms availability.
3. Your files and responsibilities
You retain all rights you hold in files you process. You must have permission to use them and remain responsible for their content, accuracy, legality and final submission. Do not use the service to infringe intellectual property, privacy or image rights, distribute malware, impersonate someone, or process unlawful material.
4. Presets and external requirements
Presets and guides are informational shortcuts, not official instructions. Requirements can change after our verification date, and external portals may apply undisclosed validation. Always read the current official notice. We do not guarantee acceptance, eligibility, submission success or any exam, employment, visa or admissions outcome.
5. Availability and output
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Browser differences, source-file defects and third-party rules can affect results. Inspect every download and keep your original. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available service.
6. Advertising and third parties
The site may display advertising and link to official portals or other third parties. Ads do not constitute endorsement. Third-party services have their own terms, privacy practices and availability, which we do not control.
7. Intellectual property and feedback
The service’s software, branding, design and original editorial content belong to DimagKaDahi or its licensors. Voluntary feedback may be used to improve the service without compensation. This does not transfer ownership of your files.
8. Suspension and misuse
We may restrict access needed to investigate abuse, security threats, unlawful activity or violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DimagKaDahi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, missed deadlines, rejected applications, lost opportunities or loss of data arising from use. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Privacy, changes and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. We may revise these terms; continued use after the effective date means the revised terms apply. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
