Privacy policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to the DimagKaDahi website, tools, guides and support channels. It does not govern external application portals or linked websites.

2. Images and files

Standard compression, resizing, conversion and signature cleanup run locally in your browser. Your source file and processed output are not uploaded to our servers for these operations. Closing the page or clearing the tool removes the working copy held by the browser.

Because we do not receive locally processed files, we cannot view, recover or delete them. If a future feature requires an upload, the interface will say so before transfer and this policy will describe retention.

3. Information we may receive

• Technical request data handled by hosting and security providers, such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamps and diagnostic logs.
• With your permission, Google Analytics 4 receives aggregate page-view and product events such as an upload starting, processing completing, a download starting, a controlled error code or a related-tool click. These events are designed not to include image contents, signatures, file names, user-entered download names or raw error messages.
• Information you send through support, correction or privacy requests, including your email address and message.
• Advertising and consent information described below when advertising is enabled.

4. How information is used

We use limited information to operate and secure the service, diagnose failures, understand aggregate usage, respond to enquiries, correct presets, comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse. We do not sell source images or use locally processed images to train AI models.

5. Analytics, advertising, cookies and consent

Google Analytics 4 is optional and loads only after you select “Allow analytics”. You can reject it or reopen Privacy choices in the footer at any time. The choice itself is saved in your browser. We may later use Google AdSense; Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, device identifiers and similar technologies to deliver, limit, measure and—where permitted—personalise ads. Choices depend on your region.

Where required, a consent message is shown before optional analytics or advertising storage is used. You can revisit available choices through that message and manage Google ad personalisation through Google’s advertising settings. Essential browser storage may still be used for security or necessary preferences.

6. Sharing and service providers

Limited information may be processed by providers that host, secure, measure or monetise the service, only for their relevant function. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or during a business reorganisation subject to appropriate safeguards. External portals apply their own policies.

7. Retention

Locally processed files are not retained by us. Support messages and related records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the enquiry, maintain security records and meet legal obligations. Hosting, consent and advertising providers apply their own documented periods.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a copy of personal information, and withdraw consent where applicable. Email support@dimagkadahi.com. We may need to verify that the request concerns you.

9. Children

The service is a general-purpose utility and is not directed to children under 13. Do not send a child’s personal information to support. A parent or guardian may contact us about information previously submitted through support.

10. Security and international processing

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service, but no internet system guarantees absolute security. Providers may process limited data in countries other than your own under their applicable safeguards.
